Focal points

This team is also completed by a network of focal points in each country. The role of the focal points in this project is crucial since they are asked to provide support to the Project Team in the following tasks:

• Develop of a Training needs assessment;
• Disseminate the information on the programme in your country in order to enhance its visibility;
• Select the best participants to the seminar following the profile description;
• Accompany the selected participants before and after the seminar, informing them of what is expected from them during the seminars and, if necessary, support them in their administrative process (hierarchical authorizations, visas etc…).
