| Objective of the module | The objective of this seminar would be to introduce and discuss approximation in terms of methodology, planning and coordination. The methodology used would be based on case studies and exchange of best practices on legal approximation as well as concrete exercies coming from EU MS or IPA. |

The target group should be civil servants from line ministries which will undertake the responsability of harmonizing with an EU piece of legislation and/or Pime Minister's Office or Unit in charge of leading public administration reform. |
